The World Ski Awards 2022 voting period runs from 17 June to 7 October, marking the 10th anniversary of the premier awards program in ski tourism. Ski industry professionals and skiers are invited to vote on which ski organizations are the best in their respective fields.
Voting is open to the entire global ski industry, with categories such as Best Ski Resort, Best Ski Chalet, Best Ski Hotel, and Best Ski Tour Operator. The complete list of 2022 finalists can be found here.
The polls close at midnight on October 7th. The winners will be announced at the World Ski Awards 2022, which will be held 18-20 November in Kitzbühel, Austria. Industry leaders will attend the ski industry’s most important event of the year, and will take part in three action-packed days of VIP networking events centered on the red-carpet World Ski Awards Gala Ceremony 2022 and the start of the 2022 winter season.
Kitzbühel, in Austria’s Tyrol, will be the ideal location for the red-carpet ceremony. The historic medieval town of Hahnenkamm is synonymous with ski tourism and is one of the world’s most popular wintersports destinations.
The World Ski Awards is the only global initiative that recognizes, rewards, and celebrates excellence in ski tourism, and its annual three-day event brings together the industry’s international leaders to exchange local knowledge, innovations, and best practices on a global scale.
World Ski Awards is the sister event to World Travel Awards, which is in its 29th year.
