For ten years running, All Nippon Airways has received a 5-Star rating from SKYTRAX

All Nippon Airways earns SKYTRAX 5-Star

The largest airline in Japan, All Nippon Airways (ANA), was awarded the renowned 5-Star rating by the London-based airline rating agency, SKYTRAX.
The fact that ANA is the only Japanese airline to have kept its 5-Star rating for ten years running is a credit to the hard effort, commitment, and friendliness displayed by the airline’s staff on a daily basis.

5-Star ratings are given to airlines who regularly deliver high-quality service and are based on a comprehensive assessment of each airline’s in-flight and airport service quality criteria. Only 10 airlines worldwide have earned the highest rating of “5-Star,” and ANA is the only airline in Japan to have done so for 10 years running.
