Disneyland Will Extend Its Holiday Season Celebrations

This year’s holidays at Disneyland Resort have been extended by three days, running from November 12, 2021 to January 9, 2022.

Guests can enjoy all of the beloved holiday traditions at Disneyland, including a few new ones, with Sleeping Beauty’s castle decorated for the season, the “A Christmas Fantasy” Parade, which will be held multiple times per day, the “Believe in Holiday Magic” fireworks show, snow on Main Street, U.S.A., and more.

Guests can enjoy the Disney Festival of Holidays, which celebrates Christmas, Diwali, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, and Three Kings’ Day with food, performances, and other activities, as well as the “Disney Viva Navidad!” street party with mariachi bands and regional dances, at Disney California Adventure Park. Guests can also enjoy motor-themed holiday decorations in Cars Land.

Mater’s Jingle Jamboree, a festive tractor spin ride, and Luigi’s Joy to the Whirl, a spin ride, will be transformed into two attractions.

Characters throughout the parks will be decked out in their finest holiday attire, and visitors can even spot Santa Claus at the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail! Families can take memorable photos with Santa or simply stop by to wish him a Merry Christmas. Throughout the parks, seasonal foods and holiday items will be available for purchase.
